Job Description/Skills Required
1. Documentation & Execution (Equipments, HVAC, Utilities) qualification activities:
- Preparation, review and Execution of URS, DQ, FDS, UTM.
- Preparation, review and execution of IQ documents (protocols and reports).
- Preparation, review and execution of OQ documents (protocols and reports).
- Preparation, review and execution of PQ documents (protocols and reports).
- Preparation, review and execution of RQ documents (protocols and reports).
- Qualification of transferred equipments / new equipment’s
- Compilation of raw data, relevant certificates, analysis test reports and preparation of final summary reports.
- Periodic qualification schedule preparation, updating & executions as per VMP.
- Updating of Qualification status labels.
- Co-ordination with the cross functional team (CFTs) for qualification execution, documents review and approval processes.
2. QMS Activities
- Initiation of CRN for new or existing activity relevantly.
- Timely closure of assigned action plans as per CRN.
- Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) implementation.
- Handling investigation and CAPA related to qualification.
3. Media Fill Validation:
- Preparation of Protocols and reports.
- 4. Ensuring all Safety aspects during routine job activities, identify and report near miss.
- 5. Preparation of SOPs related to qualification.
- 6. Maintenance of equipment & instrument required for calibration & qualification in validated condition.
- 7. Issuance, maintenance and submission of log books, approved formats, archived and executed documents related to qualification activities.
- 8. Provide necessary assistance and support to various regulatory, internal and external inspections.
