🔬 Key Responsibilities:
– Knowledge of Filling line machines (Washer, Tunnel, Filling machine, Capping)and Isolators.
– Knowledge of budgeting, preventive maintenance & calibration scheduling and execution.
– Ability to handle projects related to machine upgrading, installation, and commissioning of new equipment, area modification.
– Basic knowledge of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and computerized systems (SCADA – Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition).
– Strong knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance strategies.
– Experience in event investigation and CAPA implementation.
– Familiarity with audit compliance standards in the pharmaceutical industry.
