Job Description/Skills Required
- Formulation & Process development as per QbD concept.
- Excellent expertise on DOE concept
- Preparation of master documents
- Perform & Monitor the routine process Development programs
- Provide technical inputs on trouble shooting during development & tech-transfer manufacturing.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and develop corrective action plan for non-recurrence of problems under the guidance of reporting manager.
- Technical evaluation and feasibility analysis of transfer site.
- Knowledge in quality and compliance, active participation in tech-transfer activation from conception to completion.
- Very good at Technology Transfer
- Working experience in Manufacturing Unit and R&D
