Job Description

• Candidate should have basic knowledge of QC functions.
• Candidate must be aware about various laboratory instruments like UV, IR, KF, Analytical balance, HPLC & GC etc.
• Candidate should know about GDP & GLP
• Candidate having the knowledge of QMS like laboratory Incident, OOS & Deviation.
• Candidate should know the basic troubleshooting of HPLC & GC.

Job Details :

• Exp. – 2 – 10 years.
• Can be from API or Formulation.
• Should be doing Analysis.

Walk – IN – Officer To Sr. Executive – Production (API)

Job Description

• To Carry out the production process as per production BMR.
• Online documentation of BMRs, ECRs, BPRs, logbooks and daily record filling.
• Verification of Raw material/ packing material/ cleaning material issued by warehouse.
• To ensure proper segregation of material, labeling and identification and area cleaning.
• To carry out process validation/ cleaning validation as per protocol.
• Monitoring all processes as per GMP/cGMP compliance and reporting of deviation if any

Job Details :

• Experience 2 to 10 years.
• Must be from API/Intermediate industry

ADL -Officer/Executive/Senior Executive (Formulation & API)

Role & responsibilities

• Analysis of raw material, Drug substance (API), drug products by HPLC, GC,
• UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, I, SR Instruments and chemical analysis (wet lab).
• Calibration of laboratory Instrument like UV-Visible Spectrophotometer. Balances, oH meter
• KF Titrator, etc., and Preparation and maintenance of volumetric solutions, butters, etc.
• Exposure of GMP / GLP / GDP in laboratory
• Analytical method development and validation of raw material, in-process and finished products
• by HPLC, GC, Dissolution apparatus.Review of analytical method validation / veritication protocols and reports
• Communication with RoD, RA, QA and QC department tor to resolvina method related queries.
• Preparation of Standard operating procedures SOP) for all the instruments, equipment and procedures.
• Handling of deviations and Laboratory incidents in timely basis.
