Job description for Supply Chain Quality support
Main responsibilities:
To be a part of the supply chain and make quality co-ordination with all supply chain activities.
Key areas:
1. Third Party Management:
1.1 Ensure maintenance of an updated list of all statutory licenses.
1.2 Managing monthly temperature records of shipments for the month.
1.3 Co-ordinating with the DCs for any complaint related queries.
2. Temperature excursion and Data loggers
2.1 Evaluation of the temperature excursions and providing disposition decision based on applicable sops.
3. Batch Release activity
3.1 Relabeling activity if any then have an oversight.
3.2 Release the imported batches for distribution, after reviewing the release documentation.
3.3 Approval of QR code.
4. Quality Management System
4.1 Basic knowledge about SOPs, Complaints, change control and deviations.
4.2 Knowledge of passive transportation. Review of the protocols and reports on cold chain box validation.
4.3 Review of temperature mapping reports
5. Experience:
5.1 1-2 years of relevant experience in Distribution Quality Assurance of Pharmaceutical Product meeting Good Distribution Practices
5.2 Soft skills: Ability to work with teams, to prioritize and multitask.
5.3 Good communication skills
5.4 Technical skills: Digital technologies.
6. Education: Graduate in science with Quality background
7. Languages: Proficiency in spoken and written English
