Job Description/Skills Required
- Provide pre-sales and post sales operational support, manage order fulfillment
- Create Dell quotes using various tools (DellStar, DOMS, Gii, OSC, DSA)
- Perform various data transfer and data entry duties. Review data feeds to update order status in legacy tools (SFDC, SupplyNet, ASGTrack, OFS, ORL)
- Provide Sales and stakeholders with clear communication on issues preventing deals from moving forward
- Maintain/exceed Service Level Agreement goals as identified by the process.
- Work cross-functionally to resolve any process inefficiencies
- Adapt to change quickly while maintaining a positive outlook and driving consistent level of customer satisfaction.
- Track and report operational performance to management as required
