🧪 Department: Quality Assurance (QA) & Quality Control (QC) – API Manufacturing
🔹 1. QA Executive / Officer – API
- Experience: 2–6 years in API manufacturing
- Qualifications: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc (Chemistry or related field)
Key Responsibilities:
Review & approval of GMP documents (BMR, BPR, SOPs)
Handling deviations, change control, CAPA & risk assessments
In-process checks & GMP compliance monitoring
Vendor qualification & audits
Ensuring regulatory compliance (USFDA, EU-GMP, WHO, etc.)
🔹 2. QC Officer – API
- (Proficient in HPLC, GC, and other analytical instruments)
- Experience: 2–6 years in API laboratory operations
- Qualifications: B.Sc / M.Sc (Analytical Chemistry or related field)
Key Responsibilities:
Analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished APIs
Hands-on experience with HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV, etc.
Preparation and review of STP, SOP, COA
Conducting stability studies & method validation
Handling OOS/OOT results and lab investigations
✅ Candidate Profile:
Sound knowledge of cGMP & ICH guidelines
Experience in facing regulatory audits (USFDA, MHRA, etc.)
Strong documentation & communication skills
Proactive and detail-oriented
Willing to work in shifts (if required)
