Work Location: Hyderabad
Eligibility:
- Must have experience of 0.6 – 5 years in the solution phase and solid phase synthesis of peptides
- M.Sc(Organic Chemistry)/Medicinal Chemistry.
Job Description:
- Experience in preparation of peptides and peptide intermediates, Modification at C and N-terminus peptides.
- Experience in purification by flash chromatograph, preparative HPLC, Column chromatography, Recrystallization and Preparative TLC.
- Characterization of isolated products using analytical techniques like UV, Mass spectrometry, NMR, HPLC.
