Job Description/Skills Required: 

  • Financial-Control of overall expenses within budget for all CRM initiatives and compliance to Concurrence System.
  • Maintain MCI Compliance to good CRM & Marketing practices.
  • Strategize & plan yearly customer engagement initiatives, for each division along with the business & Strategy.
  • Calendarize Customer engagement programs across CRM along with business ROI. Appropriately budget & phase out budgeting for CRM programs along with business Responsible for customer engagement plans/execution at all conference forums (Domestic & International)
  • Coordination with Travel Desk Team-Travel Itinerary and Stay Arrangements. Develop Standard operating procedures for all CRM processes; ensure compliance to the laid down SOPs.
  • Plan International/National & regional pharmaceutical conference participation. Extend backend & administrative support to businesses for CRM function & activations related to CME participations, hospital grants & honorariums and Patient Awareness inputs.
  • Maintain Customer database for each segmented layer of the pyramid
  • Track and monitor return on effort & investments periodically as per the business.
