Job Description/Skills Required:Â
Planning & Process Establishment:
- Plan and execute lab testing in conformance to CP Quality Standards and guidelines and review test results to provide accurate data.
- Conduct laboratory investigations and provide valuable inputs in RCAs and actions points
- Proactively partner with I&S to ensure microbiologically robust formulations and process safety and stability requirements are built into new products during development or process changes
- Manage CEB and NVO
Product Evaluation:
- Perform and ensure all testing for finished goods, raw materials and WIPs is performed accurately, according to QMICs and results are provided within the stipulated time.
- Monitor microbiological laboratory operations
- Ensure maintenance and calibration of equipment’s
- Recommend formulation changes to the product development team to arrest contamination
- Ensure process safety and stability requirements are built into new products during development or process changes
- Develop tests to support the claims for regional products
