Walk-In For International Voice Process Fresher’s at Raheja 12A-HYD

Role & responsibilities: –

• Working on the moderation of the listings and making sure > 98% accuracy is maintained.
• Making sure the listing are completed within the defined SLA/TAT time. Should be able to work independently and understand his/her performance metrics.
• Track his/her own performance need improvise based on the business requirement.
• Should be able to take manage his/her own performance
• Need to be very judgmental in order to make sure that the correct information updated on the map front.
• Should be focused to achieve 100% user satisfaction and zero client or customer escalations.

Preferred candidate profile: –

• Freshers or (0-11) months of experience.
• Any Graduate Passing out (2021/2022/2023/2024/2025).
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in reading & speaking of Hindi and English.
• Should be proficient with computers and MS office
• Should be able to type 30 words per minute with preferred language.
• Should have fair knowledge above navigation on Google Maps & geography.
• Should be able to identify the area of Opportunity and bring it to the notice of supervisor.
• Should be able to work in different shifts and locals depending on the business requirement.
• Should be able to apply the theoretical knowledge into practice.
