Shift : US Shift

Domain Knowledge: 2-4 Yrs. experience in US Healthcare (RCM) & 1 year of QA experience

Key Skills: AAPC certification(must) : Experience in Quality & good knowledge about RCM model.

Min 1 year on performing audits – QA

Conduct RCA /1 Year analysis on monthly audit data & publish the findings, conduct monthly quality session for operations teams to share top improvements & preventive actions, Conduct TNA on need basis for bottom quartile management and Flexibility to shifts

Mandatory Skills (Must-Have): Participate in monthly calibration sessions with operations & clients, Discuss audit sheets changes on need basis with the operations & clients and Problem solving skills

Desirable Knowledge & Skills (Good to have) – Ensure proper and efficient team communications and good understanding of DME-RCM is preferred. Independent contributor without minimum supervision, Enthusiastic for continuous improvement, independent & taking decisions independently
