Job Description/Skills Required
- Experience in medical coding & good knowledge about RCM model.
- Experience in specialty (Surgery/EM) -any one experience is mandatory to apply for Medical Coder.
- Good in anatomy & Physiology. Should have good exposure to ICD10 and CPT.
- Exposure on coding for at least 2 years on specialty and min 1 year on performing audits.
- Conduct RCA /1 Year analysis on monthly audit data & publish the findings, conduct monthly quality session for operations teams to share top improvements & preventive actions, Conduct TNA on need basis for bottom quartile management and Flexibility to shifts
- Mandatory Skills (Must-Have):Â Participate in monthly calibration sessions with operations & clients, Discuss audit sheets changes on need basis with the operations & clients and Problem solving skills
- Desirable Knowledge & Skills (Good to have) –Â Ensure proper and efficient team communications and good understanding of DME-RCM is preferred. Independent contributor without minimum supervision, Enthusiastic for continuous improvement, independent & taking decisions independently
