Job Description/Skills Required
- To assist PI for IRB /IEC submission, notification.
- Communicate with Sponsor/CRO/PI to obtain required documents.
- Assessment of inclusion & exclusion criteria.
- Schedule patient visits according to study protocol visit window and adherence to the study protocol.
- Meet with patient research subjects and perform visit requirements.
- PIs conduct and detailed protocol specific feasibility.
- Randomization of study subjects
- Dispensing medications to subjects
- Complete all Case Report Forms (CRFs) and eCRF’s and resolving all data queries within timeline before all monitoring visits during the study.
- Update study trackers for subject visits.
- Performs Patient Visit Reminders, Visit Confirmations and/or Rescheduling of Visits i.e. due to investigator schedule change, subject requests a change and any other reason.
- Managing Clinical Research Department at site.
- Ensuring protocol compliance for all events and procedures.
- Confirm all required data is collected and transferred to case report.
- Communicate with physicians, ancillary personnel, hospital department.
- Coordinate with physicians, hospital, coordinators schedules and other departments for scheduling the trials and visits.
- Filling up and maintaining trial related logs like drug dispensing log, Subject logs, Investigational product accountability and master IP log, Temperature log etc.
