Job description:
- – Handling of end-to-end Medical Information System (Including Medical inquiries, Product Complaints). – To document all calls with regard to inquiries using call tracking system. – Follow-up with reporters as per defined timelines to the initial call. -To provide end-to-end solution for all medical related queries(Identifying relevant literature related to query and responding the same).
