Job Description/Skills Required
- Initiation of Feasibility with internal technical team after thoroughly reviewing the new inquiry
- Follow-up and tracking of feasibility from internal technical team
- Preparation of BA/BE Proposal / Quotations
- Preparation Proposal Documents
- Develop / review pre-study and study related contracts for BA/BE studies and provide comments/responses
- Prepare contract modifications/ change orders, including scope of work revisions and budget modifications
- Customization of contracts taking into consideration internal, study and sponsor requirements
- Preparation, review and finalization of Rate Card as requested
- Review of the CDA documents
- Review and finalization of the MSA
- Responsible for revisions in contracts and proposals templates
- Preparation of monthly forecast sheet as requested
- Maintaining Confidentiality in all aspects of client information as per companys policy and procedure
- Responsible to keep up to date records of the quotes shared with sponsor
- Responsible to keep up to date records of the quotes which are converted to project / study
