Job Description/Skills Required:Â
- 1. Development of robust, stable and cost effective formulations as per the development request. 2. Technology transfer and successfully take scale up batches at the manufacturing sites for the developed formulations 3. Trouble shooting of existing products at manufacturing plant. Any amendments in processes at plant should be recorded in standardized manner and these products should pass in stability and appropriate amendment in MFR and change controls should be recorded in coordination with site QA
- 4. Preparation of standardized SOP for R&D, decision making charts/tree should be prepared for optimal product development of any new products. New R & D projects should be handled as per standard procedure and thorough study should be done to ensure robust process and stability as per ICH guidelines within time frame decided as per standard process flow as per regulatory guidelines.
- 5. Record/log books to be maintained for all experiments/projects in details and all failures or successes should be mentioned clearly and studied. 6. Tracking of stability for all R & D projects, preparing product development reports, MFRs, documents for new COPP application and support the regulatoryÂ
