1. Analyst – Quality Control
• Perform chemical and physical analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Operate analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, UV Spectrophotometer, FTIR, Dissolution apparatus, etc.
• Conduct stability studies and routine sampling/testing as per SOPs.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of test results and data analysis.
• Calibration and Maintenance of analytical Instruments
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, and other regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the lab”
2. Plant Officer – API Mfg.
Exposure In Unit Operations and Unit Process in API Manufacturing• Operate and monitor various equipment used in API manufacturing (e.g., reactors, centrifuges, dryers).
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area as per cGMP norms.
• Follow Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) diligently.
• Handle raw materials and intermediates as per instructions and safety procedures.
• Record process parameters and deviations accurately.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, maintenance, and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
• Support shift in-charges and senior officers in day-to-day operations.
• Report abnormalities or process deviations immediately to supervisors.
• Participate in internal audits and trainings.
