Job description:
- Looking out for the senior professionals in Medical services with previous experience as Lead RMA. Minimum Exp: 8-10 years in Medical affairs/services Team handling experience & experience in Oncology therapy is a must . Job Location: Mumbai (This profile includes a travel roughly 15 days/month) Major Job responsibilities: Manage KOL engagement to understand current clinical practices, obtain medical guidance and maintain up-to-date knowledge in respective therapy areas Drive compliance adherence across all medical activities to align the business to latest norms Identify and evaluate new products and innovations to build a strong pipeline for the therapy area norms Provide inputs into processes, ensure team is regularly trained on SOPs Identify and evaluate new products and innovations to build a strong pipeline for the therapy area Plan and develop promotional and training strategies along with marketing team, for assigned therapies.
