Job Description/Skills Required
Ensure, check and advise the concern department for the planning organising the necessary measures for the effective control of personal injury and evaluate effectiveness action taken, Ensure safety aspects, plant safety inspection in order to observe physical condition and practices and remove the unsafe condition. Establish the new safe practices
- To conduct activity based risk assessment, HAZOPÂ of various new products, existing plant processes & other manufacturing operations to identify potential hazards & associated risk. Generate risk mitigation plan.
- Review process flow diagrams, piping and instrumentation diagram and equipment layouts.
- Provide process safety inputs in Onsite Emergency Plan
- Participating in process safety Incident Investigation
- Conducting Process Safety Audits for improving effectiveness of PSM Program.
- Dispersion Modelling for High Hazardous Chemicals.
- Handling of Process Safety Assessment Projects.
- Hazardous area Classification.
