Job Description/Skills Required
Prepare and review corporate documentation (specifications) that are utilized across third party units as per different pharmacopeial and non-pharmacopeial standards to ensure compliance with current regulatory guidelines and GxPs (GLP, GDP etc.)
Accountabilities
I. Prepare and implement the specifications for FP/API/RM/PM as per pharmacopeial / non-pharmacopeial guidelines to ensure compliance to regulatory requirement and internal harmonisation process
II. Manage and control the implementation of change request to ensure timely closure Â
III. Provide annotations to the specifications of other units to minimize the method issues and to have internal harmonization process
IV. Troubleshoot the method issues/errors in specifications during analysis by coordinating with R&D, IPD and Cipla owned units  to ensure timely resolution of issues and smooth analytical activity
V. **Manage CipDox software as a power user (unit admin) to ensure smooth operations related to documentation within the unit
