Job Description/Skills Required
Procure indirect subcategory material and services from approved sources as per defined quality parameters at the best possible price to ensure procurement OTIF is met.
Accountabilities
- Execute Purchase Requisitions on daily basis to ensure timely procurement of material and services
• Follow-up with vendor for PO receipt and despatch schedule to meet OTIF . Follow-up with internal & external stakeholders for timely delivery of material to achieve desired OTIF
• Create rate contract with vendors to automate the ordering process for repeat materials
• Prepare MIS reports to measure & track individual & sub category goals.
