To assure that all qualification and validation activities are properly planned, conducted and documented.
Accountabilities
To assure that all qualification and validation activities are properly planned, conducted and documented..Improvement, continuous review and upgrading of existing SOPs, specifications and work systems.Line clearance for equipment and area.Conducting unit operations.Review of logbooks to respective departments.Monitoring of IPQC of dosage form, process control, online documentation, deviation if any and bring it t notice of the head of department.To assure that process is validated and carried out as per batch manufacturing record instruction.Approval & issuance of Excess material consumption memo (EMCM) & online rejection note (OLRN) in SAP System. Approval of daily production report (DPR), packing list, Excess material return memo (EMRM) and issuance of additional pages and annexures.
