Job Description/Skills Required
Role Description:
The incumbent will be responsible to spearhead process research and development activities for TCG Lifesciences Ltd. He will be primarily responsible to PR&D and Kilo lab operations, technology development and transfer, process scale up, complying with internal Quality, Safety and Regulatory requirements.
Specific roles will include the following:
- a) Carry forward the project from lab-scale into kilo lab, including development of new route, process parameter optimization, Operational parameter determination, safety and hazop study.
- b) Should have knowledge of related analytics study especially in HPLC, LCMS, NMR, GC etc.
- c) Should have enough knowledge on GMP requirements and work closely with the QA and regulatory affairs.
- d) Maintain communication and customer records, responsible for generating customer RFPs and project quotes.
- e) Conduct effective communication with the clients with the ability to gain clear understanding of their requirements.
- f) Work synergistically with the scientific / delivery team and provide timely customer feedback for client expectation management.
