Job Description/Skills Required
- To Perform IPQA activities at shop floor in each stage of manufacturing and packing.
- QA overview for clean room behavior and personnel hygiene.
- Review of batch processing records.
- Review of all documents relating to the manufacturing, Packaging analysis report prior to batch release.
- Knowledge of APQR and CPV Process.
- Review of documents of respective areas and logbooks for adequacy and completeness.
- QA overview for receipt of material from warehouse to production.
- IPQA of Dispensing, Manufacturing, Packaging and Dispatch activities.
- Review and Control of SOPs, Specification, BPR Issuance, Master Formulae and Records.
- Monitoring and verification of all online critical activities and documentation.
- Experience on sampling of In Process and finished samples.
- Preparation and review of process validation protocols and reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidate must have worked in the Sterile formulations plant.
- Candidate can be of any science graduate.
- Candidate should have good communication skills along with logical thinking abilities.
- Time Management for better planning of work allocation.
- Proven job stability and integrity is must.
