Job Description/Skills Required
This role will be responsible for Medical Affairs activities for assigned existing Products / therapy and disease areas, collaborate with Commercial teams, training etc to drive medico-marketing activities, actively contribute to Medial activities with external experts,/ KOLs, implement Product/TA specific approved medical initiatives,
Key Job responsibilities include:
- Build a Win-win relationship with Regional KOLs, Key HCPs
- Broaden the composition of Scientific experts on various concepts, products
- Speaker identification, creating opportunity for new speaker development and rising stars in the field of Womens Health/Gynaceology, or Critical Care &, Emergency medicine (or other fields), leveraging the opportunity to Business
- Active involvement in Market Research, NPDs, Concept Advocacy, Data Generation, wherever/ whenever needed.
- Regional owner of medical and scientific activities, in compliance with applicable codes and company policies
- Conceptualizing and Driving one dedicated Regional level Project involving various stakeholders and support other HO lead Business Projects with Medical inputs
- Execution of Medical affairs strategies and plans for Key Products in assigned therapy areas in the region• 5
- • Program related: Preparation and participation in various Medical symposium/events /Key-Speaker-Training activities (Focus groups or Expert Meetings)
- Communication related: Develop and present medical and scientific communication; communication of safety-related topics for all key products Lead and conduct New Product and disease area/therapy Trainings for Sales and Marketing teams, basic, advanced and refresher training program for the regional representatives or sometimes for all
- Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales and others to drive Product Strategy, Communications Strategy with External Stakeholders for respective regions
