Job Description/Skills Required
- 1) Meeting all Hiring needs of Telangana ( Hyderabad & Upcountry Telangana) Pharmacy dept – ranging from Pharmacists, Pharma – aids, CSAs, Audit assistants, Warehouse staff etc
- 2) Set & run tech-enabled & advanced hiring processes efficiently.
- 3) Be tech-savvy & be well versed with on-field hiring ops – with a specific skill set in the Pharmacy / Retail industry Hiring.
- 4) Hire, nurture, and manage recruitment vendors.
- 5) Must be well versed with – offline methods of hiring viz campus drives, job drives, Job Melas, hiring through training centres, Employment exchanges, bulk-hiring campaigns etc & online methods of hiring like blue-collar recruitment portals, WhatsApp groups, social media hiring etc – specific to the diagnostics field.
- 6) Coordinate all Hiring related marketing activities.
- 7) Filtering the profiles following the appropriate set processes.
- 8) Coordinate with Ops team n central Recruitment leadership on hiring budgets, meeting budgets, coordinating with Trainers etc.
