Job Description/Skills Required

• Review the medical records, identify diagnoses and convert to ICD-10-CM codes by following CMS-HCC, HHS & client specific guidelines
• Flag reports/send queries to the provider for documentation deficiency
• At least 2 years of experience in Medical coding with experience and strong knowledge in ICD-10-CM coding
• Certifications (Mandatory)
• Any one of the following coding certifications CPC, COC, CRC, CPC-P from AAPC CCS, CCS-P, CCA from AHIMA
