Job Description/Skills Required
-Roles and Responsibilities
• Assisting in Preparation of quarterly and yearly financial results
• Interact with statutory auditors and subsidiary accountant.
- Variance analysis of the subsidiary companies.
- On-going study of new accounting and disclosure development and preparing accounting and disclosure guidelines on the same for issuing to F&A team of various business units for implementation.
- Impairment testing of goodwill, investment in Subsidiaries/associates and Joint Venture as per Ind AS 28.
- Ensuring system implementation for the change in accounting and disclosure requirement. . • Inter-company reconciliation •basic knowledge on SAP/BPC.
- Good in excel and communicating skills
