Job description:
- Preparation of capex proposal after discussing it with user.
- Freezing equipment list from URS.
- Process related inputs for capex.
- Coordination with vendors for quotations & specifications for project.
- Coordinate with Purchase team for project related procurement/job matters.
- Coordinate with Finance team for payment related matters.
- Coordination with Engineering & respective department for Project execution.
- Making of Technical Comparison and putting up of technical recommendation to purchase.
- Freezing of equipment specification.
- Ensure timely raising of indents in SAP.
