Job description:
- 1 Maintaining plant cleaning & Housekeeping every day. 2 Preparation of Batch manufacturing records and standard operating procedures related to the various products applicable to the facility. 3 Issuance and receive of blank Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) from QA department. 4 Issuance of Raw Material from Raw Material store as per BMR. 5 Check and ensure that Raw material, packaging material and cleaning material is received as per requirement mentioned in material requisition slip from warehouse and keep it to the designated area in plant. 6 Maintaining the process parameters as per BMR. 7 Keep the BMR updated for on-line production activity. 8 Maintaining Usage, Cleaning & Maintenance log book of different equipment. 9 Daily calibration of electronic weighing balance. 10 To carry out the cleaning procedure of all the equipment.
