Manufacturing of Tablet / Capsule – Job Code OSD- 01: B. Pharm/M. Pharm with 1- 5 years of relevant experience in supervision, operation monitoring and related documentation.
Manufacturing QMS- He/ She should have knowledge of Track wise Software Change Control, deviations, preparation and review of documentation likes protocols/ reports /BMR BPR / Risk assessment.
Packing •Tablet / Capsule Job Code PKG -01: B.Sc. / B. Pharm /M. Sc. / M. Pharm with 1 – 5 years of experience in supervision, operation monitoring and related documentation.
Technical Assistant/ Operator
Tablet/ Capsule Granulation/ Pellet/ Coating/Wurster/Inspection/Compression/Imprinting:
Job Code OSD- 02 ITI/Diploma Engineer/ D. Pharm with 2 – 8 years of experience in operating pharmaceutical machines in Granulation/Compression/ Coating/ Wurster/ Pellets/ Capsule filling. Should have exposure to pharma machines like HSG/ FBP/ FBE/ FETTE/GEA/ MG2/ Sensum/ Viswill/Enclony etc., and expertise in handling sophisticated technology including PLC/SCADA system.
Packing: Job Code PKG- 02 ITI/ Diploma Engineer / D. Pharm with 2 – 8 years of experience in handling CVC, Countec, IMA or any bottle packaging line. Should have knowledge of 21CFR, track & trace system (exposure in handling packing machines like capping machine, labeling machine). Expertise in handling sophisticated technology including PLC/SCADA system.
For all the positions, candidate having exposure to regulatory requirement of documentation, cGMP/GLP having worked in regulated plants shall be preferred.
