Job Description:
- Handling of issuance and retrieval of GMP, GDP and GLP document.
- Review media fill and batch manufacturing record
- Handling of qualification and validation activity
- Preparation and review of qualification protocol and review
- Preparation and review of event and investigation report
- Handling and maintaining of deviation, change control, event and investigation numbering system.
- IPQA Activities
