Job Description/Skills Required
- Verify allocation and working condition of the machines. Check the adherence of operations to Quality systems and food safety norms like general hygiene, display boards, packphoto display. Assist the operators with any issue online. Verify S&F Transfer Challan vs. mixing tonnage. Prepare other production and labour reports.In case of any production plan change or breakdown, alter machine setting, plan material change, issue fresh instructions to operators. Arrange for coding studs from stores in case of promo stocks.Check biscuit quality via visual inspection; Randomly check pack quality (sealing, coding, paneling) and biscuit breakage. Decide on acceptance/rejection of biscuits. Decide on rectification and recycling methodology and allocate workforce for the same. Assign non conforming product and wrapping material to scrap.
