Job Description/Skills Required
- Planning, execution and management for projects related to R&D / LLTP /Regulatory /Process Implementation & improvement (Regulated, Semi-Regulated, ROW markets).
- Planning andprioritisingof the projects based on the strategic business objectives and organisational goals
- Act as a liaison between cross functional teams like Analytical -R&D, Formulation-R&D, Production, Quality Control, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Procurement, Purchase, Packaging Development, and CQA and lead these teams for efficient execution of the projects to ensure smooth progress of the projects.
- Prepare/update/Review project plans, identify risks and perform risk management activity.
- Effective project planning and execution to achieve the milestones as per the planned schedule.
- Set up and conduct weekly & fortnightly meetings with internal and also external stakeholders for discussion of project progress, issues and ensure issue resolution.
- Present the status of each project during monthly and quarterly project reviews.
- Planning and executing every activity related to scale up of developed products into exhibit scale up batches at production sites (Technology transfer) and ensure successful completion of technology transfer.
- Ensure adherence to Project Management systems, Quality and Regulatory requirements and responsible for documenting the same.
- Ensure completion and compilation of project specific files as per SOP.
- Timely escalation of issues to senior management for decisions, where required, to keep the projects on track.
- Periodic status report presentation to senior management with planned vs. actual variance report and cost and timeline implications of each project.
