Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct HIRA (Hazard Identification) and HAZOP (Hazard Operability Study) to identify potential hazards in processes.
- Develop and implement effective safety procedures for chemical handling, storage, and disposal.
- Provide training on industrial safety practices to employees and contractors.
- Investigate accidents and near-misses to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations by implementing pollution prevention measures.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-8 years of experience in EHS (Environment Health & Safety) role in a manufacturing industry.
- Diploma/B.Sc degree in Chemistry or related field; B.Tech/B.E. degree preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize chemical processes through process engineering principles, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new products and technologies.
- Conduct pilot plant trials, scale up processes from lab to commercial production, and troubleshoot issues during operation.
- Perform debottlenecking studies to improve process efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure effective technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing sites.
Desired Candidate Profile
2-7 years of experience in Process Engineering or related field (Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or Science (MS/M.Sc(Science)).
Strong understanding of process validation, scale up, pilot plants, debottlenecking techniques.
Proficiency in using software tools such as Aspen Hysys for simulation modeling.
System Administrator
Roles and Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain servers and desktop systems.
- Perform LAN troubleshooting, backup and recovery procedures.
- Ensure smooth operation of API manufacturing processes by monitoring system performance.
- Provide technical support to users on various software applications such as SAPs.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues related to desktops and servers.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-7 years of experience in System Administration or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Backup And Recovery, Desktop Administration, LAN Troubleshooting, System Administration, Troubleshooting skills.
