Job Description/Skills Required
- Exposure to analytical techniques being used for release of Polysaccharide based conjugate Vaccine & Protein based Vaccines.
- Familiar with Analytical method development & validations.
- Knowledge on interpreting data of IC (Dionex), HPLC and Capillary electrophoresis.
- Should have handled ELISA & SDS-PAGE.
- Familiar to handle in-Vitro potency of antigens/ vaccines by ELISA and in-vivo studies in animals and by ELISA.
- Knowledge on usage of statistical analysis software for relative potency & SBA assays.
- Able to prepare independently the documents like SOPs, Specifications, COAs, Protocols & reports for AMD & AMV etc.
- Experience in handling Change Controls, Deviations, OOS, OOT etc.
- Able to manage and plan for timely execution of analytical activities related to Polysaccharide Conjugate based vaccines and Protein based combination vaccines.
