Role & responsibilities
Job Responsibilities for freshers (exp:0-1 year)
To carryout environmental monitoring program (through settle plate method active air sampling by sieve impact method surface sampling by swab method and contact plate method).
To carryout water sampling and testing of various water samples.
To carryout process gas sampling.
Based on the manufacturing requirement Willingness to work any shift required, including night shifts.
To participate in facility qualification and media simulation activities through EMP.
Should have good communication skills (oral and written).
To ensure compliance to GMP and GLP in QC laboratories.
Job Responsibilities for (Exp: 3-5 years)
Readiness to work any shift required, including night shifts based on manufacturing requirements.
Should have oral and written communication skills.
The person should have experience on CGMP environment
Experience planning and exeEnvironment monitoring program by passive air sampling ( settle plate method active air sampling by sieve impact method surface sampling by swab method and contact plate method..
Knowledge on disinfectant techniques, cleanroom practices and maintenance, gowning practices.
Experienced with investigations into OOS,OOL,OOT and other type of incidents.
Review and preparation of sops as per Regulatory requirements & Guidelines.( like USP 1116, EU annexure-1, PDA TR13 ,WHO TRS1011)
Preparation of Environmental monitoring Trends and summary report .
