Position: Executive / Sr. Executive
Qualification: MSc – Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science
Experience: 2 to 4 years
Job Responsibilities:
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Design and optimize NGS experiments, including library preparation and sequencing protocols.
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Prepare and sequence high-quality DNA/RNA libraries using various NGS platforms (Illumina).
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Stay up-to-date with emerging NGS technologies and methodologies.
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Document and present research findings.
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Analyze high-throughput sequencing data (e.g., RNA-seq, whole-genome sequencing).
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Develop and implement custom bioinformatics pipelines using programming languages (Python, R, Perl).
