- Experience of handling mammalian cells in flask/cell stacks/roller bottles. Exposure of handling mammalian cell culture Bioreactor. Exposure of handling virus culture. Exposure in aseptic process handling. Understanding of basic downstream operation like TFF, Chromatography etc… Sound knowledge on GMP and GDP. Skilled with Protocol preparation, data compilation & report preparation.
