Job Description/Skills Required
- Good knowledge on maintenance of OSD Process equipments like Tablet Compression, Capsule filling machines and Check weigher, RMG, FBE, Tablet Coating machine, Blisters and bottle packing lines, pass box, LAF.
- Good knowledge on maintenance and operation of Utility and HVAC equipment’s like chiller, Air compressor, AHU, cooling towers, Hot water generation system
- Hands on experience in working with Motor, PCC and MCC panels, transformer, drives, sensors, valves, pumps, Blowers, and all electrical related equipment maintenance.
- Hands on experience in trouble shooting.
- Should be worked in shift
- Should be handled the breakdown and preventive maintenance of OSD process equipment
- To maintain minimum breakdown time and ensure the maximum availability of Equipment for production usage.
- Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, Safety, cGMP, GDP, GEP and EHS requirements.
- Issue of work permits for every activity.
