-Lead planning for Injectable Packing and visual inspection. -Co-ordinate with inter departments to achieve the monthly targets. -Cleaning & operation of Machine and equipment’s. -Operating pen assembly machines, labeling and Packing activities in all three shifts as well as compliance with cGMP requirements. -Ensure the execution for an effective personnel training and qualification programs for packing and visual inspection department. -Entering of all log books related to machine, equipment and area. -Establish and maintain relationship with third parties/ vendors -Troubleshooting of equipment’s related issues of assembly machine, pen labeling machines and packing machine in coordination with Maintenance & Instrumentation team. . -To strictly adhere to the standard operating -Procedures and documentation practice. -Raising complaint slips regarding problems and closing them at earliest. -Transferring the finished goods to warehouse.)physical movement)
