Job Description/Skills Required:Â
- Awareness and compliance to Data Integrity policies and culture in Quality Control Lab.
- Adherence to cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice), cGLP (Current Good Laboratory Practice) and GDP (Good Documentation Practice).
- Previous experience with PCR (Agilent), Geldoc (BioRad) and plate reader (Molecular devices and Biotek) to perform Molecular biology techniques such as Host cell DNA estimation, Host cell protein estimation, Leached Protein A, Other Viral testing such as MVM and RCR are preferred.
- Planning and performing (Testing) of method transfer, method validation, regular batch release and stability analysis
- Documentation skills to independently draft protocols, reports (w.r.t Technology transfer, Validation, other technical reports), STPs, ODS, deviations, change controls are needed.
- Equipment qualification and release.
- Reagent inventory and equipment management and maintenance
