- To lead the planning team successfully and manage the supply and material availability as per the demand. Responsible for all Raw Material and Packing Material planning and inventory of almost 9 sites Lead the process for harmonization of FG and RM planning across different units. Establish and monitor KPIs for Supply and Material planning Generate and analyze suitable MIS on a monthly basis and suggest improvement wherever necessary Support Head of Supply Chain with information and analytics related to Material management and inventory Take lead in identifying inventory optimization techniques and optimize inventory levels in line with targets Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries Track relevant supply chain metrics and compare with industry standards Supporting development projects to ensure Material availability for New Product Development
