Key Responsibilities
Program Management: Lead and manage commercial programs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Sales Enablement: Support the business development team with tools and strategies to enhance sales performance.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Apply knowledge of regulatory filing requirements and roadmaps to ensure compliance.
• Customer Launch Tracking: Proactively track and manage customer product launches.
• Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, including Quality, Manufacturing, SCM, R&D, and Regulatory.
• Technical & Project Support: Provide technical expertise and project management support to the sales and the business development team.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and presentation tools.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory filing requirements.
• Understanding of the API industry.
