Role Summary
Should work in Inoculum preparation lab, Mostly involved in Process operations. Should follow the shifts as per Policy.
Key Responsibilities
• Adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, GXP.
• Should take the ownership for the Audit readiness.
• Knowledge improvement about the complete process.
• Knowledge improvement in the Pas-X execution up to closing of MBR
• should handle the process operations along with QMS activities
• Performing necessary calibration / verification (pH meter, Conductivity meter and weighing balance) and recording of documents as per approved procedures.
• Operation of Incubator shakers, Biosafety cabinet, Horizontal autoclave, BOD Incubator, pH meter, conductivity meter and Lab centrifuge.
• To perform media preparation, media sterilization
• To perform aseptic operation for vial inoculation, sub culturing and pooling activities
• To coordinate with the Cross Functional Team.
• updating data in quality records (i.e Usage log books, Cleaning log books, Calibration log books and etc…).
• QMS Documentation
• Reporting of non-conformities
• Adhering to EHS policy and safety Guidelines.
• Adherence to the company for Zero tolerance policy and Code of conduct policy.
• Handling of work permit system.
• Handling of hazardous / Non-hazardous & solid / liquid waste material
