Role Summary
1. Sample receipt, A.R.No allotment, testing and release of product samples in SAP, LIMS, etc.
2. Testing and release of product samples by techniques such as:
• Host cell protein quantification by ELISA
• Host cell protein A leachate quantification by ELISA
• protein estimations using UV, SOLO VPE
• Host cell DNA quantification by qPCR
• Cell based Potency assays such as Binding and Functional assays.
3. Preparation of reagents solutions, buffers, and maintenance of chemical inventories.
4. Execution of Analytical Method validations.
5. Handling of QC instruments & software such as Microplate reader, qPCR, Spectrophotometer
6. Must have knowledge on Data integrity principles.
7. Must have knowledge on QMS elements such as LIR, Incidents, Deviation, and Investigations
8. Good exposure of GLP, cGMP practices.
