Job Description/Skills Required

Biocon Biologics Limited Hiring For JUNIOR EXECUTIVE/EXECUTIVE/SENIOR EXECUTIVE/ASSISTANT MANAGER/MANAGER/SCIENTIST.

SENIOR EXECUTIVE:

• Perform shift operations in manufacturing team for 24 x7 hrs in 3 shifts.
• Ensure Compliance to current GMP guidance and EHS policies.
• Coordination with cross functional teams for completion of batches on time.
• Prepare Standard Operating Procedures and Batch manufacturing records.
• Participate in Equipment qualification activities.

 ASSISTANT MANAGER:

a) Ensuring timely book closure every month by completing key month end activities
b) Preparation of schedules for key expenses and balance sheet items
c) Review of GL to ensure appropriateness and completeness of accounting
d) Perform Inter-company reconciliation and ensure completeness of all transaction
e) Assist in consolidation process
f) Take lead in preparation of financial statements including notes to accounts for the entities assigned
g) First point of contact for all internal and external audit queries and ensure timely completion of quarterly review and yearly audit requirements
h) Assist legal and compliance team with required support to ensure corporate compliance including MCA, RBI and other regulatory requirements.
i) Assist the reporting manager in preparation of various management and MIS presentations
