Job Description/Skills Required:Â
- Identification and selection of appropriate CROs through review of proposals and onsite selection visits and participate in CRO biding process
- Oversee performance of CROs, third party vendor to ensure compliance with study protocol and in accordance with scope of work; identify areas of concern and escalate CRO or to seniors as appropriate
- Perform monitoring visit at site to oversee site performance
- Review trial documents such as protocol, ICFs and various plans and manuals prepared for the trial
- Ensure studies are carried out according to the study protocol, SOPs, and ICH/GCP regulations and study-specific manuals and procedures
- Track and report on progress of study including site activation, patient enrollment, monitoring visits etc
- Monitor progress of trial and timelines as per the milestones and implement appropriate action plans in case of delays
- Review investigator payments and other trial invoices raised by CROs/vendors
- Co-ordinate closely with the clinical development team and other cross-functional representatives for routine trial activities
- Arrange meetings and prepare minutes of meetings
- Maintain trial TMFs and keept it upto date and review CRO TMFs from time to time
- Support senior project manager in day to day activities
