Job Description/Skills Required
- 1. Lead and/ or work with the team to conduct manufacturing, operational, financial and/ or compliance audits with responsibility of planning, fieldwork and reporting of Audit.
- 2. To ensure audits are completed as per the audit plan with all the deliverables of process documentation, audit program, work papers and audit report.
- 3. Review and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, compliance with corporate and local regulations, policies and procedures.
- 4. Assess the entity control environment and provide risk & control advice to the management.
- 5. Engaging with senior management and presenting the audit reports to the senior management team.
- 6. Data Analytics and hands on experience on related software like MES, LIMS and SAP.
- 7. Ensure that action plans are implemented on time, conduct periodic review of follow up status, participate in meetings related to key recommendations, assist in resolving and escalate key unresolved recommendation to the function head.
- 8. Prepare MIS/ AC/ Management reporting for the function.
- 9. Actively participate in projects/ global/ regional initiatives aimed at improving Corporate Audit’s processes and procedures.
- 10. Should have experience of managing & handling team of at least two members
- 11. Involve in knowledge sharing activities of the team through suggestions of areas, making presentation on certain relevant topics in order to ensure development of self and the team members.
- 12. Experience of auditing in pharmaceutical industry with regard to injectable & biological operation. In depth knowledge of business processes in manufacturing industry, FMCG/Pharma knowledge would be preferable.
- 13. Knowledge of internal controls, internal auditing standards & practices, audit reporting skills, business process, antifraud controls & reviews.
